Inspira Crea is located in a beautifully built, century old, Victorian house equipped with many deluxe treatment rooms, a brightly lit class and lecture hall, and a multifunction kitchen where workshops and tastings on healthy gastronomy can be hosted. We also offer private access to an infrared sauna and a steam shower for detoxification and relaxation purposes.

Through our center, Inspira Crea provides a magnificent environment that inspires change and a positive space to help people find greatness in themselves! 

Origins of the Inspira Crea Center for global health

Johanne Pothier, Founder and President of Inspira Crea, has long been fascinated with the many aspects of human experience, whether they be physical, psychological, or spiritual. To understand the different facets involved in her interests, Johanne has taken part in numerous international lectures and conferences on alternative medicine and its integration in biomedicine. She has been privileged to meet some of the leaders of this medical revolution and witnessed the consensus among many practitioners and patients on this clinical path. She has come to see the need in the province of Quebec for a new multidisciplinary approach in global health, based on the synergy and complementarity of all caregivers. It is with this visionary spirit, generosity, and commitment of its founder that Inspira Crea was established in Westmount, in 2010.
